hey guys im new to the community and i was just wondering if anyone knows why me and my friend cant save our codes when we play? we just dled last night cuz we really wanted to play but its not working out, is it because there is only 2 of us and there needs to be a certain number of people to be in the game in order to save?

When did you try to save? Short after beginning of the game?

codes can only be saved after the 'host latency check' (for non-1.5d beta versions), or after the message where the marine says "Things look quiet in Ravenholm, where are the rest of you?"

incidentally, loading any pre-1.4c/1.3 codes via -loadold and -load2old prevents you from saving that game.
the player minimum condition was removed in the earlier versions. medals DO need 4+ ppl but not for rank XP.
