This should go to Starlite Operations but posting there requires privileges.
Some of you may still remember me, but to those who haven't, I came from the same generation of players as killswitch, Stratoss, etc. Our generation worked very hard to bring Starlite to a level beyond just acclaimed mapmakers, but also an educational community in line with Azazel's and OneEyeSleepy's visions. I am always grateful that many have taken over to continue with map development, but Starlite also needs to progress forward in many areas. I propose the following:
1. Term/semester contracts as junior administrators offered to respected community members.
2. Continuity of support for the USMC and their endeavours.
3. Restore esteemed forum posts from old forum, especially those on intellectual matter and guides.
4. Rebrand Starlite back to an professional edutaining subculture within the WC3 community.
5. Prepare to port over NOTD:AM to Starcraft 2 as originally planned.
There is an issue that I do not condone:
Focus on medal games. The system is far from perfect, and many have changed their focused from being good communal players to medal whorers. We might even rework the system in line with selective realism.
